Diablo, Cthulhu, Lord of the Rings, Warhammer 40K gibi birçok farklı markadan ilham alınarak yepyeni ışın kılıçları üretilmiş.
Carl Danby’nin çalışmalarından hoşumuza gidenleri bir araya getirdik. Kendisini Instagram ve Facebook sayfaları üzerinden de takip edebilirsiniz. Aralarında benim favorim Lord of the Rings ve Cthulhu tasarımı oldu.

Vestige V1 uniformly weathered to a matte grey, featuring a Norse/Grey Jedi themed etch. The emitter section features a geometric, straight edged knotwork design, with each side sporting Yggdrasil – the world tree, a Valknut overhead and Huginn & Muninn in flight either side. 4 runes, 2 chosen by myself and 2 by Red surround the world trees roots. The join at the rear is banded by a vertically aligned runic text that states “I bring balance”. The 2nd ring has a simple Celtic style knotwork surrounding Norse brackets & Vegvisir, the Icelandic Wayfinder dead center. Similarly the switch collar features a more complicated knotwork surround the “Grey Jedi” icon on the rear of the saber (or as I like to call it, obviously Ahsoka looking in a mirror 😅). The grip I styled on a Katana woven twist wrap, in that the plaques containing text were the gaps between the weave on a normal Japanese blade. Each “weave” contains a segment of the Grey Jedi code. The pommel rings both feature a simple line of Futhark runes to finish. #7chambers #saber #sabersmith #lightsaber #lightsabers #customsaber #acidetch #electronicsprojects #norsemythology #greyjedi #norse #vegvisir #valknut #vestigev1 #starwars #starwarsfan #starwarscosplay #jeditraining #jedi #jedicosplay #sithcosplay #sith

And another personal project completed. The Saber of Anduin I’m a massive WoW fan, have been for a long time and I adore the lore. I’m also a huge Alliance pro, peace and justice and noble ideals and all that, can’t get enough of it. My favourite character is/was King Varian Wrynn, the Lion of Stormwind. He died in the Legion expansion, sacrificing himself so his army could escape after the burning legion invaded Azeroth. Afterwards, his son Anduin took up his crown, but Anduin was beset by doubts, how could he ever measure up to his father, the hero? This saber was modelled on a very specific theme, if Anduin were to carry a reminder of his father, this would be it. The Alliance crest features prominently on one shroud, filled with hand painted blue enamel, and the battle cry “For Azeroth! For the Alliance!”, With background script taken from Varian’s final letter to his son, as he travelled to face the burning legion. The other shroud features a relief of Varian himself, with curved text of “For Azeroth!”. The emitter section features the newer alliance crest from the film, and the under emitter has Anduins line when he see’s where his father gave his life – “You never surrendered, even here, at the very end” The switch collar quote is Greymanes words to Anduin at the same location. “Anduin, your father’s actions were indeed heroic, they were also his challenge To us, his people, to never let fear prevail, even at the very gates of hell”. Brass grip rings contain quotes from Anduins vision of his father, where he asks “what am I supposed to do now?” And is answered with “what a king must do” The pommel features the family name, one letter per outer face “W R Y N N” Finished in genuine blue suede with gold thread in a herringbone stitch, and white Napa leather inlays top and bottom of the grip section, with a strip of blue suede in the switch collar indent. #customsaber #saber #lightsaber #sabersmith #starwars #starwarsfan #starwarsart #worldofwarcraft #blizzardentertainment #varianwrynn #stormwind #forthealliance #electronicsprojects #acidetch #art #sith #jeditraining #jedi #jedicosplay

So I had planned to have this ready for a special May 4th reveal, but unfortunately it took a little bit longer than I anticipated. So, here she is, the Saber of Numenòr. This is the most lavish saber I have managed to produce and you’ll see why in the description. The shrouds feature the white tree of Gondor and the front face of the Crown of Numenòr, backed by the riddle of Strider in Elvish Quenya. The emitter section sports an Evenstar on both sides, with some light flourishes around the sides and weathering on the smallest inner ring and surrounding shroud collar upper and lower. The switch collar features the lines from the riddle of Strider “From the ashes a fire shall be woken, a light from the shadows shall spring. Renewed shall be blade that was broken, the crownless again shall be king” Underneath all of that we have the grip section, herringbone stitched in genuine navy suede using navy waxed cotton thread, 2 brass olives with the One Ring lettering etched into them (those rings have 2 distinct sharp angle changes on the surface, this was not an easy thing to do…😅) And to polish it off – genuine twisted pattern sterling silver (925) wire wrap over the suede with the remainder used to line the top shroud band. The pommel also features a very light etching of a gondorian banner on the outer faces. Until then, this is to date my most extravagant creation and I hope you enjoy it 😊 Edit: if you’re enjoying my work and haven’t done so, you can find further updates and other sabers at Vaults of Valhalla on Facebook 👌 #saber #sabersmith #lightsaber #leathercraft #lightsabers #customsaber #jrrtolkien #gondor #thelordoftherings #starwars #starwarsart #starwarsfan #sith #jeditraining #jedi #jedicosplay #acidetch #electronicsprojects
